On March 23rd 2018, The Four Seasons Hotel are partnering once again with Great Grog, their award winning wine merchant partners, to bring diners an evening of wine paired expertly with a sumptuous five course Spring menu, created by the hotel’s new Head Chef, Carlos Ragone.
Carlos has been with the hotel as Sous chef since May 2017 and has recently picked up the mantle of Head Chef in October 2017.
“I am relishing the challenge of creating new menus to satisfy the tastes of our local community and I am looking forward to my second event with Great Grog. We had an exceptional turn out for the last one and had fantastic feedback from all concerned”, says Carlos.
The Four Seasons Hotel is delighted to be welcoming back Great Grog who have hosted several successful food and wine pairing nights previously at the hotel.
