This Valentine’s Day, The Four Seasons Hotel is partnering with boutique gin manufacturer, Gin Bothy from nearby Angus, to create a very special weekend for your Valentine’s Day celebrations.
The Perthshire hotel’s Chef, Carlos Ragone, has created a romantic 5-course menu for the hotel’s Meall Reahmar Restaurant. Threaded with a tapestry of Gin Bothy gins woven into the dishes, each one serves to give a hint of the varieties that Gin Bothy have on offer whilst showcasing the stunning seasonal food on offer at the hotel. Think of dishes along the lines of “Smoked venison carpaccio, ‘Gin Bothy Blueberry’ Gel, Pickled Morels and sauce vierge”.
And of course, it wouldn’t be Valentine’s without a rose.
